Can any muslims tell me why they believe all this? Why u believe in letters in the Quran that doesn't even make sense? Naik's explanation is ridiculous for anyone who is willing to think for himself about those nonsensical letters in the Quran
Zakir Naik cant even recite a verse correctly. He recited this verse with a fatha on al-Naas where is there is a dammah on Al-Naas. Ths changes the garmmer since Fatha represent Nasab (object) where as Dammah represent Raf'a (subject) .
@Qaloon1, another mistake Naik made (in 5:22) is mistranslating Quran 2:23 by saying: "And if you are in doubt as what we have PRODUCED to our servant from time to time." The Arabic says "revealed" not "produced." Looks like Naik believes the Quran is produced and created.
Yes Bro, I noticed that mistake too. It hurts me real bad when someone who claims to be a scholar of Islam and a Da'ee can't recite Qur'an properly. He makes mistakes that are considered Lahn e Jali. According to Imam al Jazri in Al-Muqadamah:
Al-Akhdu bil Tajweed e Hatmul Lazim, Man lam Yujawwidul Qur'an Aathi.
Learning Tajweed is a compulsory obligation. One who doesnt recite Qur'an with tajweed is a sinner.
Allah forgive him and give him hidaayah to learn to to recite Qur'an properly and instead of quoting chapter number and verse number, give him knowledge to recite the verses.
@Qaloon1, Naik never claimed to be a scholar (i.e. see here youtube.com/watch?v=-3d9OHQ2znA&feature=player_detailpage#t=311s). He claimed to be a student. It is his fans who consider him to be a scholar, and most of them don't know who the real scholars are.
