For example saying calling the pyramids the best structure is true, it maybe the best and oldest in the world while calling Abu Treka the best player will be true for Africa and the Middle East in specific period but not in the whole world and calling the Ahmed Zaki as the best performer maybe true only locally or for the Middle East but not the whole world.
