i have been followin this home abs blitz but my ques is what to do as i dont have any such things like physio-ball or sooft-round flattened thing?!!....................
how can i have variance for that excercise??.....................
Hey Jeff I was wondering I am 210 pounds and Should I do your fat burning workouts with your weight workouts or jsut fat burning alone or this ab workouts with fat burning workouts as well. My main goal is to lose fat.
Hey Jeff. I really enjoyed this week’s episode of washboard Wednesdays. I enjoyed it so much that I did the exercises everyday. I’m already getting great results and its only week 7. I thank you very much, and so does my wife ;). Keep up the great work. I’m off to week 8.
Hi Jeff. I have an important question: I have an extremely low bodyfat percentage, if I inflate my chest you can count all my ribs no sweat, but I noticed, that regardless of that, my abs and the obliques don't show too well. Its like I have too much skin on my stomach or something, because when I pull it down with my hands my abs look huge and defined but when I'm just stood normally they don't show too well. Is that normal? How can I make them 'pop out' with the skin more stretched on them?
@TenguMT Focus just a little harder on the nutrition. That will help dissolve that last stubborn area of fat that most guys carry around...right around the waist!
hey ive been doin this whole work out ive been following the program i have about a 4 pack now so thats pretty good hopefully with the next 6 weeks ill have the abs i want :)
Thanks for sharing your abs workout routines. I've been doing p90x for a couple years and Athlean X is definitely a step in the big leagues. I'm up to week 6 and the results are AMAZING! I have a couple of questions, 1. I've noticed that I've been losing a little bit of weight as I start to get shredded, should we be paying attention to our weight gains or lose? 2. Any alternatives to sleeping bat crunches since I dont have access to a low bar to hang on? THANKS JEFF.
I do weight training at the gym and work on conditioning, abs, etc. at home. I just have some tubing, medicine ball, stability ball (jeff calls it a physioball), and those pull bars that you hang on your door. They're all really cheap and affordable. All those will probably costs you alot less than $100. I'm a little over halfway thru this athleanx 12 week abs program and the results are WOW (I've been doing p90x for years and although it does help it just does not compare).
hey jeff, gr8 video!!...........
