@chemerich People in those countries have a lot of kids because the parents know that most of those kids are going to die. The more kids they have, the more hope there is that at least one will survive long enough to take care of the parents when they're old. In spite of that, I think you'll find that over the years, population growth in Africa has lagged way behind the developed world.

Some of you may find it hard to believe this, but, the biggest polluters are governments. Cities dump waste where ever they want--into rivers and lakes. Who's gonna sue them? Who's gonna hold them accountable? No-one does.
Also, you should have more fear of a government that rules over you than a corporation.

I am not saying profit is good or bad. I am saying people should care about the enviroment, these moral less corporations they are doing everything illegal to make profit. The riches that we create should not be done by damaging the planet or to use the money we gain to repair the damage we've done.
There should be heavy taxes on these corporations to limit their power, give this money to charity organizations, or to improve the national welfare.

After watching these videos there is no way I'd trust Estulin. He obviously wants to create a myth that the Bilderberg group rules the world and are so powerful and intelligent that they can't be stopped. I think they have that in California, for the Governorship.- We had that instituted here by Hugo Chávez, who did in fact move for and got unlimited terms. They have that in the UK, France, Germany, etc. But the official still HAS TO WIN THE ELECTION. I'll try to point you to an English copy of our Constitution. It's quite a read.

The interviewer was way off base when he tried to defend Chavez. Estulin is right when he says that Chavez isn't all he is cracked up to be and is a dictator. So many people want to believe in Chavez just because he isn't afraid to badmouth Bush, but he has disenfranchized and angered the educated people of Venezuela. It is not just "corrupt" people that don't like him. If you disagree you should visit the country and see yourself, or watch the Frontline program on him.

They might not meet in a secret cave dressed in dark robes on a full moon BUT they are secret club that does not advertise their meeting spots. So how would anyone go about researching them and finding out their agenda? It's not like you or I can walk up to one of the members and say "hey tell me more about that whole depopulation thing".

If you pay attention you will learn Mr Estulin got great connections, KGB being one of them. Regarding whet ever conclusion you may have on the KGB, they are the good guys compared to (media glorified) CIA who are behind terrorist acts killing thousands of civilians for war pretext operations.

I was paying very close attention.
Mr Estulin almost comes out and admits to being fed KGB info when he says "if i am propagandizing on behalf of anyone it would be the russians"
Here then becomes the problem: The KGB is as trustworthy as the CIA. Calling one "the good guys" (therefore the other "the bad guys") is like saying the white chess pieces are good and the black ones are evil.
They are locked in a struggle and who knows what terrorist acts the KGB are behind that we dont know about?

the logic is that our inflation-manipulated fiat money is sort of based on an energy standard instead of a gold standard. once the oil disappears the money becomes nearly worthless, as there will be massive amounts in circulation with little energy to back it up. money will probably change back to gold, local economies will replace global economies. i don't buy it though. peak oil hysteria is manufactured scarcity, watch v=NbakN7SLdbk for starters, then read about coal-to-liquid fuel.

if i had money to invest in precious metals that's what i'd be doing whether the economy was good or bad. simply because since we were taken off the gold standard in the USA a dollar has decreased to the value of 4 cents. this was intentional, a sneaky way to steal money from the poor, as wages lag far behind inflation. the rich then take their fiat money profits and exchange for stable assets such as, you guessed it, precious metals. peak oil is just propaganda to rationalize high gas prices.

also, there's already several million dollars of gold and silver based currency in circulation, both in gold/silver backed notes and in gold/silver coinage from the Liberty Dollar company. though uncle sam has declared it illegal and raided the company in an attempt to stop it. If I were to buy their currency I'd buy only coins, as the vault carrying the currency backup was raided and could be again. the smartest thing might be just to buy regular bullion and keep it in a safety deposit box.
