Injector connectors corroded or bad injector or two. Just put some dieelectric grease on my 91 TT for an intermittient miss every now and then seems to help. Those connection get old and corroded because a constant 12 volt is running to them. Clean and cehck OHMS on injectors.

only a dumabass would say the car is fucked when it miss fires. all cylinders are still firing it just isn't at the right time. all you have to do is rearrange your plug wires cuz they just got mixed up. any one should know that except for dip shit CIKO32123

@JC199413 Yeah obviously the plug wires were off and it just randomly re-worked itself after idling for 5 minutes. There is a video of it working perfectly like not even 10 minutes after this. The plugs were fouled and needed to dry up before it ran properly.

I love all the self-proclaimed tuners: "oh the cams are off, oh the tune is off". You don't know your ass from a hole in the ground. The car put down 658 RWHP (that's 750+ at the engine on pump gas) on the exact same tune/cams/idle within days of this.

@thundergod989 wouldn't be the same idle, all you have to do is turn it up, 1000-1200 would be plenty. makes it a tiny bit more stable and streetable is all.

nothing wrong with teh car itself, just the fact the idle was set too low for how massive the cams were, easy fix.

@flinchey The idle with these cams is set at 1500, but when you are misfiring with fouled plugs like in the video it will not idle smoothly and required some throttle to stay alive. It idles fine and is quite driveable despite the high idle due to the aggressive cams.

for all the IDIOTS who don't read (or can't read)... The car ran like this for about 2 MINUTES, then the plugs dried out as it is tuned to idle lean to dry out the plugs... There is another video "short road test at 20lbs" that was taken about 5 minutes after. To EVERYONE who is talking shit like they actually know what a standalone is or that the tune is off, please just take a minute and read the description. When you build your car to 720hp, then you can talk some shit, until then, stfu.

YOu have too much LSA and duration in the cam lobe profile. This only pulls part of the intake charge (fuel included) and bleeds it into the exhaust. Hence the flames coming out of the rear tailpipes. Your idle has suffered and the vehicle's street drivability has gone to shit. This is a classic example of throwing parts at a car that needs good engineering skills to properly tune it for its intended use.

You posted this, this is exactly what I was referring to when I spoke of Cam LSA and Duration. Running your

engine lean to idle properly will destroy your engine life. I would rather have spent money on stroking the engine to gain a higher displacement, then matching the turbos, head and intake to optimize. Drivability would be better too.
