@TheAngelknives kasama, perhaps di mo alam ang tunay na nangyari sa nestle cabuyao. ito yun. nasa ground rules plang sila ng CBA (Collective Bargaining Agreement) Negotiation. di na nagkasundo ang nestle management at ang KMU dahil gus2 isama ng KNU ang usaping Retirement sa CBA ayaw ng Nestle dahil ibang usapan ito

@TheAngelknives na file ng notice of strike ng KMU dahil nagkaroon ng Deadlock ang usapin na may kinalaman sa CBA negotiation. nag strike sila, kahit na namagitan na ang NCMB or National conciliation and Mediation board na nsa panahon pa ng Coooling period na 15 days bago sila mag strike. unfornately di pa rin nagkasundo at natuloy ang Strike. walang takbo ang mga linya dahil walang operator at ibang associates dahil sumama ang karamihan sa strike

I dont know if this is really happening with nescafe, but i m sure lots of big brand names dont care about production and dumb it in 3rd world countries... with never ever wanting to know about working conditions, child labour, pay rates... because production is really outsourced to a local company who are constantly getting cut budget for production, so have to lower and lower wages... they cannot afford to lower quality or will be out of business... and here the governments should step in
