  • well, i like this video, you seem to have a good plan for make your place more interesting, thats good, besides, justas a comment, why don't you try to gain more weight and show the things that you like to show, i mean, like rip your clothes, cause in this one needs a continue, so complete that mission fat guy.

  • So0o0?? where is the ripped guy?

  • @copeboy26 I'm still working on it. I've got pictures to do a time lapse and will make a new video as soon as I hit my next goal. I've basically been up and down for the last two years and am focusing more on fitness and diet now than I have been. I'll put some thoughts together for another video here soon.

  • @UnknownDriverWC That's good man as long as you did not give up on it keep it up and post your progress soon i have also gone through weight loss my self and now keeping track of my progress i came from 315lbs and now 225 trying to cut off the last 15lbs or so and i have been doing this for about a year now

  • where the rest of the vids? hope u havent given up man

  • @otf1985 I'm working on making another once I gather my thoughts. It's been a long process with a bunch of ups and downs since I made this video. I basically started over a few months ago and am making progress again. Thanks for calling me out, I need more of that.

  • he dyed :c

  • i wish you luck ;)

  • ey how does that scale meather bodyfat? thats siik

  • @tlascar It takes into account your height, weight, activity level, body type (entered by you), then sends an electrical current through your body, calculating it through your feet. It then uses all of these variables to come up with an estimate. Provided that you are at a similar hydration level each time you use it, it should give you a good estimate as to what your body fat percentage is.

  • hey i weighed almost three hundred pounds about 2 years ago i am now down to 209 i am trying to get to 180 a little help please i dont have a lot of money to spend any help i get will be useful thankx

  • @grimreaper90002003

Well, first of all, awesome job losing the weight. That's no small accomplishment. I'm not sure what you did to do it, but whatever it was, kick it up a notch. The last 30 pounds that you want to lose are going to be tough but from the sounds of where you are at, your diet is going to be where you see the most change. You can save a lot of money by buying fresh food and preparing your own meals with lean protein, veggies and grains.

  • Drink a lot of water before meals to help fill your stomach. This should help you eat less and when you're full of water, you won't want to drink soda or other high calorie drinks. Money shouldn't effect your goals because you don't really need anything other than shoes and clothes to go outside and push your body with interval sprints, jogging, biking, hiking, etc. Just make sure you try harder every time you work out and you'll hit your goal before you know it. Good luck!

  • Good job bro

  • This video is a sham, I watched 9 minutes of boring, waiting for the transformation: Where is it?

I checked your channel to see if there was any available but nothing.

  • he talk and look like charlie sheen,lol..

  • @bigman7014 His voice was not even close to sheen..

  • where did you get that scale that give you your BF% ect ??????????????? i realywant one

  • @TheMegaRoflcopter

I got that particular scale at Sports Authority. They had a decent selection and it had all of the features that I was looking for. Any sporting goods retailer (Dick's, Big 5, etc) should have one available for purchase.

  • @UnknownDriverWC How does it calculate that???

  • Thank you all for the comments. I've put off what I SHOULD be doing and focused mostly on short sessions of heavy lifting since my time is extremely limited. I've lost about ten pounds total since I posted this video, which is pretty terrible for being over a year. I plan to start reworking my diet (again) and putting in a little road work in addition to my lifting so I can drop some extra pounds. My goal is to hit 200 by New Year's '12. I'll get another video up soon.

  • I'm holding you acountable. where's the after shot fatty. im a fellow fat ass. pump me up!

  • well im glad your deciding to lose weight on the exact day of my birthday, but hows the progress ?

  • Good luck mate.. remember to keep it in moderation, you dont wanna burn out too soon. Remember..to tone the body you must first tune the mind.. keep that motivation burning constantly and record your progress.. and study study study what your doin in the gym and what you should be eating, you'll be supprised what some foods contain.. go natural is the easies way around it.. fresh produce and lean meat. I'll be watching every post dude, cant wait!. Good luck!!

  • Continuation of last comment: I'm working the treadmill after lifting, and am warming up on an elliptical or a stair master depending on the day. It's coming off slowly, but I can definitely feel a difference in strength and cardio. Once the diet becomes healthier I expect to hit my goals much faster.

  • am2dapm2009: Thanks for the vote of confidence. I've got the gym part down, but the diet is tough. I run a business and am on call 24/7 so there's a ton of stress involved as well, but I've lost about 5 pounds the first two weeks and will be uploading a new video soon. I hope you hit your goals as well.

khalidunzai: Thanks for the pep talk. I do much more than this at the gym. So far my deal lift is 365, shrugs are 365, bench is 245 6 times on 4th set, and squats are 315 for sets,

  • hey man good luck on your journey i'll be following on every vid u make, i basically have the same story as u, and now the same goal, trying to lose weight also, good luck and cant wait for next vid, stay strong bro!

  • Buddy if you want to loose major body fat lift weights then run on a treadmill

  • Thanks for watching.
