Inzaghi knew how to score goals at the most important times. For every Owen goal you have, there is an Inzaghi goal that beats it. FA Cup final 2001? How about the Champions League 2007.

"Dribble", "long range", "has skill", "creativity", I agree.

But "poachers"? Clearly you have never seen this man in action. Or "headers"? What about "ball control"?

Inzaghi is in a different class. He is peerless.

michael owen- england - 0.44 goal ratio

club - 0.48 goal ratio

inzaghi- italy- 0.43 goal ratio

club- 0.43 goal ratio.

so according to stats owen is a better player than inzaghi not only in terms of scoring but also other abilities. owen is a complete forward who can dribble, score long range, poachers goal, headers, has skill, ball controll, balance, vision, creativity etc, etc.

but still inzaghi is my idol even though he is so very averagely talented.
