My question is why would you go to such lengths to reproduce what has already been said better by someone else? More importantly, unlike Marx, they fail (as far as I can see) to offer any sort of concrete program to improve the world. Granted, I think Marx has been shown to be wrong in a number of instances, but at least he had the intellectual courage to say what he thought should be done.

There's also other important clips from TZM that you've missed most notably: "Where are we going" and "Where are we now" which explains the technicals of an automated system of resource usage and consumer demand tracking using computer systems. It's useless for me to explain in more detail until you've watched them.

Some people seem to think that Zeitgeist Google is not related to the Zeitgeist movement. If they say they are not connected it is a simply way of bringing attention to the word "ZEITGEIST" so that they can bring attention to the movement without being "associated" with the movement.

Read a basic economics textbook and you can spot several fallacies just in this trailer alone (e.g. under capitalism solving problems destroys jobs, there is no profit in saving lives, the use of money is wasteful, crime creates business). You really don't even need a textbook to debunk this stuff. Just read Economics in One Lesson--free online.

Do you have any data to back up your claims? Are goods less durable now than they were in the past? I haven't seen any data to support that. But the data do show that goods are now much less expensive relative to incomes. The reality is that the average standard of living has increased dramatically over the past century as a result of free enterprise and the profit and loss system. Read the Index of Economic Freedom. Childish insults are not a substitute for knowledge.

I'm gonna be honest. I went to the Zeitgeist: Moving Forward premier and I did not like it at all. The 1st 2 movies were BRILLIANT. But this last one, I didn't learn one damn thing from it. Once you get a taste of the truth you have to have more. and I'm just way way wayyy beyond this 3rd film. And I don't really like Jacque's system. I would HATE to not own my own car haha... Anyway, the movement is pretty impressive so keep it up guys.

We need to get rid of the banks. They are the true slave masters of this earth. Money is debt from the moment of creation and must be eliminated. We need to survey the resources that we have available to us and build indestructible products. We already possess all of the technology and resources to feed, clothe, and shelter every human on the planet and quadruple the population. Its all here for us people. All we need to do is get 7 billion people to call in sick tomorrow
