Well when asked about something as very simple as Time Trials, she hesitates, stutters then says she's "Not Sure" - She also at several points seems to not have any idea what she's talking about.

Well I think the job she has isn't easy as she has to introduce more then one game for Eidos. If you have a very busy schedule then you might not get the chance to know everything. They try to do their best.
