9:48 sadly, I know what this is. Not because I'm a fan of small children's products but because my boyfriend orders me copies of monthly ribon from a Japanese grocery store that he used to work at, which is currently featuring a manga based on this game called Pretty Rhythm I believe. The monthly issues sometimes come with furoku which I can use apparently use to get clothing on the game..? Haven't ever tried using them though, I usually just throw them away.
