  • Very helpful videos! I am a tonewood dealer and guitar maker myself. Check out my ebay store AHix Tonewoods Thanks!

  • hello and thanks for this video !

what is the radius for the top and for the back please ?

I have no sound on my pc...

  • 28 on the top and 15 on the back

  • What sort of sandpaper do you line your radiusing dishes with?

  • I sell the paper , it is an 80 grit (PSA) pressure sensitive adhesive . You prep the disk with floor polyurethane , this allows you to remove the paper later with minimal damage to the disk

  • At 7:50 in vid., are you using the flat sanding board to flatten around the fretboard tangent?

  • Yes , that is exactly what I am doing

  • About, on the average guitar, in terms of weeks, how long does it normally take you to make, from start to pickup by customer?

  • 4 to 6 months the finish cycle takes 12 weeks . If things go well I can do the 4 months. I use a nitro lacquer. I do have a 000 in stock BRW with Adirondack top

  • Excellent, clear instructions! Very good job!

I have three of your molds. My favorites are the full rectangle molds.
