I sell the paper , it is an 80 grit (PSA) pressure sensitive adhesive . You prep the disk with floor polyurethane , this allows you to remove the paper later with minimal damage to the disk
4 to 6 months the finish cycle takes 12 weeks . If things go well I can do the 4 months. I use a nitro lacquer. I do have a 000 in stock BRW with Adirondack top
Very helpful videos! I am a tonewood dealer and guitar maker myself. Check out my ebay store AHix Tonewoods Thanks!

About, on the average guitar, in terms of weeks, how long does it normally take you to make, from start to pickup by customer?

Excellent, clear instructions! Very good job!
I have three of your molds. My favorites are the full rectangle molds.
