What sort of sandpaper do you line your radiusing dishes with?

I sell the paper , it is an 80 grit (PSA) pressure sensitive adhesive . You prep the disk with floor polyurethane , this allows you to remove the paper later with minimal damage to the disk

About, on the average guitar, in terms of weeks, how long does it normally take you to make, from start to pickup by customer?

4 to 6 months the finish cycle takes 12 weeks . If things go well I can do the 4 months. I use a nitro lacquer. I do have a 000 in stock BRW with Adirondack top
