I do not think being shy and what you eat correlate in any way. If anything it's a negative correlation (ie. girls eat a lot and get fat, so nobody likes being around them so they become anti social and shy as opposed to the other chick who watches what she eats and becomes hot which gives her confidence to be more social knowing everyone loves her.
