Hello, I know how crooked TCPS is!! I am writing a book to explain IT ALL. My granddaughter came to SC in October 2006 with her 3 month old baby...signed custody papers in front of a notary and she left! She never once called to see about him. When he was 18 mos she and her new husband, a soldier, came and ripped him out of our arms so TCPS could adopt him out. We have an atty in Austin..we've spent much time there. There's now a 1 yr old and another on the way.

What part of 'no evidence' don't you understand? Thats what the Appeals court and Supreme court both said. The lower court took them away because of the beliefs of their parents. This perversion puts all Texas parents at risk until CPS is reigned in, or better, destroyed.
