I totally understand about the sabotage.

We deal with this also. We have started bringing our own food to family events. A couple times doing this and putting our food out for people to enjoy we have nnoticed the family has started making healthier choices. You need to get the anger out hun! I think your journey sounds very emotional like mine. It is the hardest part of this journey for me.. I am here if you ever need to talk!
