He screwed up Not The Same in Dallas this past year. He turned his mic to the crowd and was like "Oh, fuck, I didn't tell y'all what to do" and then made a joke about that being the first time EVER he fucked that song up. Maybe it's a Texas thing? Good times.
lol i think that counts as a mess up...if he laughs at himself like that while playing he made a booboo...he may have been looking at changing the lyrics on the fly, but the way he sang it doesnt work :)
it's called HIS SONG so he can change it however he wants...not a mess up he does that on purpose it gets really boring singing the same lyrics 100,000,000 times so artists (especially Folds) changes up parts of their songs all the time.
if you have seen more than 5 live performances of his, then u know he does this ALOT!
