Strength and conditioning aside, BJ is one of the most technically skilled MMA fighters of all time, like a miniature Fedor. These guys were never athletically on par with some of the guys they've beaten the shit out of, but they used superior fighting intelligence and skill to triumph in a lot of great battles. Age and competition eventually caught up with them, but they have left their footprints in the annals of MMA history, and only an ignorant asshole with disrespect these men.

I love Bj penn but is a spa camp or a training camp?
Diaz is training with one of the best around, and trains triathlon(unsure about spelling) for his cardio when he is not training for a fight, so his stamina is pretty much good to say the least. I was hoping Bj penn would have chosen better fighters to train with like the others do, i really hope this video was just for show and not the real sparring partners. War BJ!
@Jonzer1983 Who should have he chosen for sparring partners and coaches? I don't think the casual fan understands how to build a proper camp. It's not about aseembling "names." It's about preparing your fighter for his opponent's specific skill set. Tudor is a national & pan-am jits champ and Carlson Gracie protege, his style is like Diaz's. Not to mention that JD, Reagan, Allan, and Charuto are all black belts. Thatch and Kamaka are tall technical boxers that can mimic Diaz's striking.

Frankie outstruck Penn as he is a mover, he used clean footwork and good head movement that put Penn off as the style was executed well. Diaz is an awsome striker however he's not a mover and doesn't posesse the Wrestling skills to wear Penn out like GSP, Edgar and Fitch even though the Fitch fight was close either way. Oh just my opinion by the way, aint forcing it on anybody.
That was the most boring documentary I have watched. Penn has no spirit left, he's washed up. Diaz is gonna take the little life he has left and send him on his way packing for retirement.
BJ's biggest task in this fight is getting inside Nicks range to land shots, Nick will stalk BJ from the start leaving his right hand out as a range finder, and itll be up to BJ to find a way in and out without being hit... there will be no knockouts in this fight as both have solid chins and have never been ko'd, I also dont think there will be any submissions apart from a possible rear naked from BJ, I see this fight going the full 5..and alot closer then most people think..BJ better be fit.
as far as I'm concerned, this is going to be BJ's biggest fight since the last time he fought GSP. Even when he fought GSP, at the time GSP had only defended his title once. Nick Diaz has won his last 10 fights !

Diaz does not have the wrestling to beat BJ. This fight will end either with BJ winning by TKO, or decision. Diaz is not going to Knock Out BJ, or dominate him on the ground.. just isn't going to happen. I have a tribal arm tattoo, i know these things.
@JLPuffums He doesn't have wrestling at BJ's level, BUT he has much better cardio and there is no way he gets KO'd or TKO'd by BJ. The two of them have the best chins in the division and Nick's grappling is going to surprise you. Diaz by decision! I love both fighters by the way. @dbreiden83080 Daley isn't a Striker, he's a brawler. BJ might kick you in the head or knee you in the face or take you down.. Daley never offered any of those threats. Had Diaz fought him smart, and not stood there taunting him, Daley would have never even touched Diaz. As far as cardio goes.. he went 5 rounds, twice, with Edgar who pushed BJ's cardio with waaaay more than Diaz can with his faster movement, and takedowns. Remember, I have a tribal arm tattoo.
No Daley is a striker and a damn good one. BJ got badly outstruck by Edgar not once but twice and gassed out badly in the first fight with Edgar. He gassed out against GSP, he gassed out against Fitch and look at this footage the guy is looking soft and out of shape. Diaz pushes a tremendous pace and will force BJ to fight harder than he'll want to early in the fight. Look for BJ to wilt and got over-whelmed in round 3.

Frankie outstruck Penn as he is a mover, he used clean footwork and good head movement that put Penn off as the style was executed well. Diaz is an awsome striker however he's not a mover and doesn't posesse the Wrestling skills to wear Penn out like GSP, Edgar and Fitch even though the Fitch fight was close either way. Oh just my opinion by the way, aint forcing it on anybody.

BJ's biggest task in this fight is getting inside Nicks range to land shots, Nick will stalk BJ from the start leaving his right hand out as a range finder, and itll be up to BJ to find a way in and out without being hit... there will be no knockouts in this fight as both have solid chins and have never been ko'd, I also dont think there will be any submissions apart from a possible rear naked from BJ, I see this fight going the full 5..and alot closer then most people think..BJ better be fit.

Diaz does not have the wrestling to beat BJ. This fight will end either with BJ winning by TKO, or decision. Diaz is not going to Knock Out BJ, or dominate him on the ground.. just isn't going to happen. I have a tribal arm tattoo, i know these things.

The two of them have the best chins in the division and Nick's grappling is going to surprise you. Diaz by decision! I love both fighters by the way. @dbreiden83080 Daley isn't a Striker, he's a brawler. BJ might kick you in the head or knee you in the face or take you down.. Daley never offered any of those threats. Had Diaz fought him smart, and not stood there taunting him, Daley would have never even touched Diaz. As far as cardio goes.. he went 5 rounds, twice, with Edgar who pushed BJ's cardio with waaaay more than Diaz can with his faster movement, and takedowns. Remember, I have a tribal arm tattoo.

No Daley is a striker and a damn good one. BJ got badly outstruck by Edgar not once but twice and gassed out badly in the first fight with Edgar. He gassed out against GSP, he gassed out against Fitch and look at this footage the guy is looking soft and out of shape. Diaz pushes a tremendous pace and will force BJ to fight harder than he'll want to early in the fight. Look for BJ to wilt and got over-whelmed in round 3.
