I've visited Cornerstone Church before and enjoy very much the sermons and televangelist ministries of John and Matthew Hagee for years and read John's books. However, being a proud, lifelong Catholic, I agree with about 85% of the time with what they say. They do proclaim God's Holy Word with a fervent spirit though which makes them so popular.

no i'm not saying abortion is immoral or moral, i'm simply stating that this man is an idiot with little or no understanding of US population nor how the World Economy work. He brings two unrelated topics saying that one caused the other when they didn't, greed caused this not abortion, that on the other hand is an issue unrelated to economic growth or fall.

God judges countries that have fallen away by first shaking their economies. Abortion, homosexulality, drugs and violence, atheism, and greed are going to be our downfall if we don't repent.

The bible says that the power is going to shift from the west to the East in the last days. God judges sinful countries by first shaking their economies to see who has faith in Him, not silver and Gold. GOD IS IN THE STOCKS. American Stockmarket dropped 777. Seven in the bible is God's perfect number, the number of finality. You can explain it away with right wing, left wing, but for those whose eyes have been opened, we know this is judgement.

In the newspaper it said it was the 7th worst day of losses on the snp 500. In the Greek language, Jesus' name equals the number 888. Sounds like you believe in numerology more than Christianity, both of which are false. Are you implying that God had something to do with these events, or even more ridiculously, Satan? Why would God have such an interest in the stock market, or any human activities for that matter? There are many references in the Bible that say if you do not follow God's commands and the teachings of the Bible that punishment will follow. I pray that your eyes will be open to the truth. In Deteronomy chapter 28, God gives an exhaustive list of curses, which He heaps on all those who refuse to obey Him. Including some pertaining to economy are: "Cursed will be you basket and your store" (the market and such business) (v.17); vv. 31, 38,39 refer to the nation planting seeds for food and raising cattle for produce but all coming to nothing and being destroyed. In those days, such things made up the economy. So, today, the produce curses would be evident in a failing economy.
