My company created and sold the video - which included a very specific statement at the start, with the copyright notice, that any use of the video on the internet without permission is prohibited. The web rights were neither sought nor granted here. --- Breaking Federal Copyright laws can result in substantial fines & even jail. ---- I agree - nice horse & as I recall, nice people, too. I think many people don't realize they are breaking the law. . )
Certainly that is what many people think, but it is not correct under copyright law. Really, when one buys a video from a company at a show they are only buying a copy of it. --- You can't make your own copies of music, books, photos, movies, software, etc., and then sell them or even give them away yourself.
This is an illegal post of a copyrighted video. You would be wise to take it down immediately.
