  • great video enjoy your enthusiasm but most of the food is mostly breakfast..im a big boy 6'1, 270 lbs. i ned to drop 50LBs, so i need some help with more food options that can get fuel my day but can help loose the fat.

  • I love this woman she's so happy and energised and willing for everyone to do well. I love the 'cheap' tips cos I'm a student and know fine well how expensive protein is. Eggs and veg omelette for my lunch :)

  • I've noticed this new meal plan regime referred to as DietOramy (search on google) - my sis said she started utilizing this and already reduced handful of lbs, without feeling famished or even fatigued at all... what do you think, has anyone used it yet?

  • u can make pico de gallo...1 cup of diced tomatoes,1 jalapeno pepper,1 cup of onions and cilantro,add one lime juice to that with salt and pepper to taste....yummmmiiiiiii that is a salsa with out any preservatives or nothing bad....:)

  • OMG! Those are the foods I eat everyday! I feel very energetic,healthy, and beautiful. I don't miss those junk foods anymore. I always get compliments on my skin, hair, body, etc. Nothing tastes better than looking and feeling healthy and youthful! ;) I love you Andrea!

I actually like all of these foods erm well apart from beans lol, cept im thinking of babked beans in tomato sauce so am gonna google what to cook with the turtle and pinto beans that've been in my cupboard for a few mos now.

  • I made some omelets for my family with red and green peppers and purple onion and it was amazing! That was before I saw this video but still x)

    It was the best omelet any of us had had and it didn't have anything else but a little bit of cheese and kept us full for a LOT longer than doughnuts or any other common breakfast food these days.

  • okay so i wanna start off this comment saying i'm portuguese and i had no idea what the hell you could cook oat with. now i'm on a diet (yay :D) and i've researched different versions of how you could cook it: the one above, then with milk (didn't quite get if you boil it or not), then with soy or vanilla soy milk (anxious to try that one out) and even almond milk. Can any of you help me out there?

    You can add cinamon and fruit like cut up apples to it.

  • @utubeluva01 You can try natural cinnamon (with no added sugar) I like to add a splash of milk! Or add berries ... Um, yeah thats all i can think of! Hope it helps!

  • @utubeluva01 Cook it in almond milk, add dried blueberries and raisins, and walnuts. This gives a sweetness, a crunch, and creaminess from the milk. Seriously good.

    My friend usually adds a spoon of sweetened cocoa powder in it...it's still moderate added sugar :) You can try :D

  • @utubeluva01 I add frozen mixed vegies to chicken stock. bring them to boil add quick cooking oats, s & p. I consume it like soup, granola bars instead of simple plain oats.
