Um, he didn't write "Stand By Me" but I agree with what you're saying here. The Beatles were starting to break up before Yoko came into the picture, but she did inspire most (if not all) of John's best songs after the Beatles. I'm not a fan of Yoko, but I believe John truly loved her and that's good enough for me.

There was no question that John loved her, but those who were intimately acquainted with John and Cynthia have been quoted as saying they were one in the same. John was a passionate person by nature and I think that his love for Cynthia was as real and passionate as his love for Yoko. People always forget about Cynthia and Julian and I find that to be very, very sad. Great video, btw!
