I got mine back in 97-98 when I was four. Spyro was the coolest and best thing ever, after crash bash, the multi-player crash bandicot game (What could beat that?!). Up to date still the best game I've ever played. PS1, those were the days...

The only difference between the two was that the PS1 was a lighter shade of gray, and the corners were more rounded. I invested/spent thousands of dollars to the PS1/PS2 games, did not use any modchip neither illegal copies only to support those companies. And finally my gift from Sony for supporting them was removing the Backward Compatibility on the PS3. What a joke.. Sony decides what game to play, for me. Heh. I did not and will never buy a PS3. Put your PS3 inside your ass!!!

PlayStation was great. My SCPH-5502 still works like a charm!

However, the current console systems such as PS2, PS3 are just some fucking useless bullshit! Their hardware quality is just a joke if we compare them with the first PlayStation. There's a very meaningless "price-cut" competition between the game console companies. The result? Cheaper hardware, cheaper plastic, cheaper items, cheaper laser, cheaper cd drive, cheaper inside, cheaper outside! Oh.. Plus "Made in China"
