1994 Penn State vs. Michigan State (10 Minutes Or Less)

I'm obviously not even a Penn State fan, but I have ALWAYS believed that this '94 PSU squad would have beaten Nebraska that year. And for the record, I am NOT saying that they could have beaten the '95 Huskers (possibly the greatest college football team of all time), but they could have beaten the '94 edition. It's just another example of college football's BS structure denying us a great matchup and then arbitrarily crowning a champion.

And Nebraska thinks they could have beaten this team? Horse manure! This offense was a relentless machine. You saw how Michigan State kept pace at one point in the game, and then Penn State just blew their doors off. Ki-Jana Carter, Brian Milne, Freddie Scott. Bobby Engram, Kyle Brady. I have never seen an offense like this before or since. They were just unbelievable.

@dougalmac54 Nebraska was simply too fast and physical for anyone that season. Remember, Nebraska out skilled Miami and the notion of the state of Florida's elite athleticism. Regardless of who we think would have trumped the other, a Penn St.-Big Red match up would have been fun.
