If you put Lightnings hair on Clouds face it looks just like Lightning, so they succeded making her a female version of Cloud in more than one way!

Looks aint everything though, I love it when developers add their games with strong- willed women. I grow far more attached to characters with a beautiful inside than ones with good looks... But a character with both aint to bad either, o´course...

Lightning is based off of Cloud! I mean she's an ex soldier (which Cloud kinda was....in his mind). She's probably a cool and reasoning character like Cloud. Female version of Cloud FTW! Where's the female version of Sephiroth!!

Character designer Tetsuya Nomura was asked to create a female version of Cloud. And I think that they are very similar. But we have the female version of Seph! Lucrecia , his mother has the same hair and also Seph is very feminine and he looks like her. But its only my suggest.
