Unexperienced? Inexperienced is what you mean 'wouldn't you say'?. Either way, no I probably 'wouldn't say' actually as their riding shows a certain amount of (misused) skill. But... a pair of complete tossers without doubt. Excessive speeding undertaking, lane splitting at speed, using the hard shoulder. W*****rs!
