actually, that is not the proper progression. the dub back is useful to get a sense for the dub flip rotation, but you should:

1. misty

2. misty, over rotate land on back

3. misty, over rotate land on back, pull over back flip

4. misty, over rotate land on back, pull over back flip half twist

5. hexo flip
