i really enjoyed watching this video. brother air, might u say what u think of 80 10 10 raw foodism based on high fruit diet with some nuts or seeds and a fair bit of green leafy veg. all raw..
do u have energy to run, or exert yourself much, like do running races etc? or hill walking?
thank u for ur time. please feel welcome to check out my channel on spirituality and joy and emotional greatness! thank u sir. have a lovely lifetime :)
@0wenfox Brother Air has a tremendous amount of energy. We are not into athletics, but are musicians. He can practice and play music for many hours at a time. When I'm fasting, I can sometimes practice for 13 or 14 hours. But there is no competitive athletic kind of activities, as we view this coming from a place of mucus stimulation. For us, making music and art is a true expression of our nature.
@0wenfox (pt. 3) For us, 80 10 10 may be viewed as a good step along the transition. However, our perceptions of 'why' we eat are very different. We do not believe in Western dietetic theories of nutrition, metabolism, or the protein myth. For us, one eats primarily to eliminate waste. This is achieved by eating a mucusless diet (mucus-free fruits and starchless veg) for extended periods.
@Gieszkanne Unfortunately not. Avocados and unripened bananas are two examples of starchy fruits. Nuts and seeds are also mucus-forming. Yet, such items may be useful during a long term transition toward mucuslessness, but should be avoided during short-term detoxification/fasting periods.
@professorspira alright cool. sounds nice and light energy and fun and enjoyable and a nice way to live. thanks for replying, and for liking my videos. thanks for being open and helpful to my inquiries Brother Air.
its most fascinating that you can live without food for so long. so u call urself a breatharian? is breathing exercises an essential part of your day or life?
im very intrigued by this lifestyle..... ! to say the least. i must watch more of your videos.. :)
@0wenfox Greetings! It was truly amazing watching Brother Air do his first 9 1/2 month fast! As he did it year after year, not eating became the norm. I was inspired to do 3 subsequent 6 month long juice fasts, a 4 month fast, and recently had a several month stint on grapes and blackberries.
You will notice we spell "Breathairean" a little different, as our understanding of it differes from many of the notions in the media.
@0wenfox In Lesson V of the Mucusless Diet Healing System, Prof. Arnold Ehret asserts that the body is an "air-gas" engine and that Vitality=Power-Obstruction is the omnipotent law that governs life in a human body. In other words, as soon as there is too much obstruction in the body, it ceases to run. Engineers figure Energy=-Power-Friction. What happens to a diesel engine if you put glue and sand in it? The same thing that happens to the human who consumes pus and mucus.
@0wenfox (part 3) We can go days without food and water, but not 5 minutes without air. We are aireaters having a fruitarian experience stuck in sticky, slimy mucus. We got to shake the mucus down and return home! (Subscribe and stay tuned! I'm part of a community of people who have lived this lifestyle for many years. We are ready to tell our story).
