How do you figure the Clarks were ripped off?!...The words and the songs aren`t even close...same song title, but so what?! There`s a song from the 50`s with the same song title Born Too Late. Maybe the Clark`s ripped them off?! Hell...Even Alvin and the Chipmunks sing a song called Born Too Late...lol. google the song title Born Too Late and see for yourself who ripped who off and how many songs share the title Born Too Late. Brett`s by far a better singer and entertainer than the Clark`s.
