So they want to know how many and of what age and status are living there.... sounds to me like they're working out the potential resistance of areas eg if martial law was to come down. Think about it why would weapon dealers need to know those 3 questions above all else, what's this residence's physical capability and what would be the psychological factors? Are they fighting for family?

Those are nice census people, My repeated visits were forcing their way into my house and I almost punched him out just before he backed his foot out, the next one was even more forceful and had officers with him and woke me up so I answered 5 of the 10 questions, he did not even ask me the question about farming but basically the only questions I answered was 3 about what language I speak and if married or 2-common law , they already filled out my info. My resistance is over.

Questions:

1. Am I obliged to open mail left in my letterbox, especially if it isn't directly addressed to me?

2. Am I obliged to open my door to anyone?

3. Can they GUARANTEE and take full liability for the safety of your data? (Lockheed Martin was hacked just a few days ago)

4. Are they qualified to be talking about matters of LAW after just a day or so training?

5. Are they aware that data from the first UK Census was used to send young men to their deaths in the Napoleonic war?

They repeatedly state that they need you to fill in a census so that important services can be planned. So, how on earth is your name relevant? It's not.

If this was all they really used census data for and the census was anonymous and the details recorded say, the general area where I live then I would be much more likely to play along.

As it stands I have no wish to deal with unlawful governments or agencies working on their behalf - by doing so I would become complicit in their crimes.

They need the name, address and birth date, because that is all the information they need to start prosicution proceedings against you! Don't give that and you'll never be fined!!

@714sian acts and statutory law is a legislative law, which can only be enforced by the consent of the governed.. us ,,the governed , are under common and criminal law,,the law of the land,, not statutory law

they asked me for my name and details and i just closed door and they

sent an nc5 in, with my name spelled wrong thru letterbox assholes

so why are they asking for name if they already knew it, although it was spelled

incorrectly.

if your data kept for a 100 years how can they build new schools and all the other

guff they come out with.
