Proof ist in the Sunna: Hadith sahih Nr. 5590 in Bukhary!

And all 4 Imams Imam Shafi'i, Malik, Hanbal & Abu Hanifa forbid that. Any Imam didn't allowed that.

As far as I can see there is nothing unislamic with this nasheed.

Only Allah swt has the exclusive right to make something haram or halal. Please read the Quran and sahih hadiths and read view points by other scholars - Scholars can not take the place of Allah or the Prophet or the Quran and the sunnah.
