@cettepetiteprincesse The meaning of the title of the song is "Young girls and young guys" or "lasses and lads." It's 처녀총각 in Korean. It's a song that was popular in Korea in 1940's or 1950's, I
oh good for you. so many americans do drugs, and eat horrible western diet. i hope don't get mugged by your drug addict neighbours and you don't get obese like 70% of the american population.
I could be wrong but although this is Kayagum music, it still has a strong Chinese (Guzheng) flavor (or maybe the piece is Chinese, who knows??). It almost seems as if both the Northern Kayagum musical culture as well as the Southern culture have evolved it separate directions...Quite interesting.
Thanks. The one thing I noticed in one situation is that the Kayagum was built very similar to the modern Guzheng. In this case it seems to have had a plank for the upper board and a separate frame for the sides... This accounts for the somewhat shallow sound of the Guzheng. Normally in South Korea they build kayagums of an entire piece for the upper part and perhaps a second plank for the bottom piece.
SO pretty!(:
