@Jokester1338 yes it is retarded, and it's mostly because his frequency of doing it is too high so it's not even an SK strafe.

a real SK strafe is only possible if you modify the settings of the game and/or if they're lagging. otherwise you're not gonna get much results. plus now that halo reach is out (*sigh*), shorter strafes are not as good as slightly longer ones (thanks to weapon bloom)

sk strafe was produced by lag. those who try to recreate it just look like retards. when you look at your guy on the pit, its so fast you might as well be standing still. now youve come up with some placebo effect that the strafe is actually really effective, when it's not. on lagless play/LAN, there is no such thing as an sk strafe.

the seoncd clip is better but don't flick it so fast in the first clip that would be easy 4 shot inless you suck practice by looking at your shadow in custom games so you can c what you like and not have to go in theater mode... hope it helps p.s. for the nubs look down for shadow....

Ur wrong, this is officially called the "break" strafe, it's important to move the stick SLOWLY from side to side without hitting the edges, it's pretty fkn hard to learn it while keeping a good aim..

How to do strafe MY way, when u encounter a BR fight, just take ur rigth hand off the controller completely and just put it on the left analog, then wiggle it like ur on steroids, this way the guy can hit 1 bullet because u will be moving left and right so fast like a retard....lol

That is not Sk strafing, its break strafing. And yeah, that was not perfected. Sk's strafe uses 2 button techniques.

@hoang1428 You slow down when you change from the direct you are going to the direction you are about to go, so it isnt a perfect transition between the 2 directions. There are a few buttons that can eliminate the slow delay between direction transition. I use crouch, because even though it is only a slight press, it makes it fast to change strafe direction, and sometimes dodges BR spread vertically. Some say they use action button to cancel the strafe delay, it takes practice to time.

Right ok I've been playing around with strafes and in my opinion you need to mix it up with break strafe, tap strafe, ghandi hop and maybe even a crouch. That combo creates an unpredictable yet simple strafe.
