And it's also ironic how Spain has a fairly weak national team but the country believes they have the right to sustain a nice club league. Sure Barca and Real have nice players, but the bulk of both the two best national teams in the world: Brazil and Italy are in Serie A. As well as half the French team...but we don't really care about that.

Right. Look at the Copa America. A second string Brazil team crushed Argentina's first string team. Argentina is a non-functional team even with Riquelme.
