@himynameisdaltonn i believe that this song is about how we as a society are too dependent on technology. that we need to 'unplug' and stop being glued to the TV and experience life before we die... that's at least what i got from the lines "throw away your Cell phone, you can talk to 'em yourself. you need a real friend, not some digital image." and "Don't let the TV screen turn into your reality"..

plus them smashing the TVs helped bring me to that conclusion. :)

I got pretty pissy at Mike in a bar in Bremerton Wa, once. I thought he was trying to wave the bartender down after I had been standing there waiting for like 5 minutes, but nope he had recognized me from a show I went to in Minneapolis when I was a teenager and wanted to see how he knew me. I didn't know who he was at the time because it was just before the before everything and after album when he had long hair. it was Nice meeting him his wife and some of his friends. He's a cool guy.
