I saw your secret bridge on Google Maps aerial view . I'm going to make a guess that it might be left over from before the U. S . 50 expressway was built over there and that it's probably used now for access to the railroad freight yards in that area .

Aren't you afraid of homeless people in big coats chasing you and trying to pee on your bike? I often have dreams like this where I am walking around the western hills viaduct, or near the Spring Grove cemetery at night and it scares me. This is an old railroad right of way . There used to be more tracks. It was never a road bridge. It is private railroad property.
