@semilchon Dear sir: I'd post your comments if they weren't so nasty. What's the need for calling people names? Make your point in civilized, respectful language. That's all anyone needs or wants.

@MrRezzi I agree, a Georgian treasure. I do wish the Turkish government would do more to protect this gem and many other sites. The frescoes here are exposed to the harsh winter climate. Turkey generally does a good job protecting its antiquities, but those in the eastern regions seem to get less attention (including from tourists).
@TaknyosP yes i know from one Georgian monk..some turks want to erase Georgian and other Christians civilization from ancient Christian lands. its sad. but as i know from last news Georgians sended builders to rebuild some Georgian churches. this land was Georgian before Communists invaded Georgia and Stalin gived this land to Turkey and changed in Crimea...
@MrRezzi Yes, some Turks. It is very sad to me how twenty centuries of Christian communities are dying out in Turkey, Iran, Iraq and elsewhere in the near East. There are nationalistic nuts in every country, and the U.S.A., as one example, has more than its share. The voices I'd like to hear are those who cherish all civilizations and are not threatened by cultural or religious diversity.
