I'm working my way thru The Office on streaming Netflix. As of Season 2, Episode 17, Dwight's speech is my favorite moment. It is clearly from Mussolini, as the "talking points" that Jim provided Dwight are just a print from the Internet of Mussolini's stump speech on fascism. I won't say it's my favorite episode - the stuff about the thermostats and Jim's trip is pretty weak, but Dwight saves the day as only he can.

No, he did not give these types of speeches. This in fact is an edited version of Mussolini's oratory. MLK never spoke about blood, violence or war, except when referring to the motives of those who literally beat him in the street.
