@jafas115 It's actually pretty easy. I taught myself from just listening to it. If you're throat hurts and feels like it's bleeding, then you're doing it right. This doesn't damage your vocal cords that much. just let it heal after a while of trying and repeat the process. Eventually your throat will be used to it and it won't even hurt. I find it to also help you sing in a higher pitch :P
