    Just another gimmick that lacks substance.

  • what a pretentious little man. No academic rigor and no scholarship. Just regurgitating westerners' ideas as the gospel truth with no original analysis or criticism. Sad.

    The long tail basically turns the old business sayings "fish for whales not minnows" and "focus on the vital few rather than the trivial many: 80/20 principle" on their heads. For the long tail to pay off it requires a) low cost of production for small quantity

  • @jchien 诚然,有批评才有进步。但若连使用TED进行讲课都算是人云亦云­的话,那些领着学费的所谓"专业"教授的照本宣科讲课法你又怎么­看? 在我的大学,拥有PhD头衔的教授同样也是放TED,但她连讲解­都没有。

    我反倒认为这完全不用钱的课程给我的启发远远胜过我在大学两年纯­粹为了考试而学的东西。
