akhtar is world class there is no doubt about that. thats the only reason hes always been selected despite his discipline issues ... his strike-rate is up there as one of the best ever... but as G Boycott says he should have had twice as many wickets with his talent ... due to discipline problems, consistent injury problems etc etc hes hasn't done that. plays one game then injured the next. thats bin the problem throughout his career.
