And the society it presented - an England in the 30s, 40s looked so much better than the mess we have now.
These English people were not rich - but they lived in confidence in place they knew was good.
This England doesn't exist in any way now, nor is there anything like it in America. Our culture is vulgar - you don't see any nice families like this.

I loved this movie.
