  • I think during the first 6 months most of the "Tea Party" members were truly unaware of the real reason why they were organized. When my brother and I asked some of the members at a Maryland rally, "Why they were compelled to be associated with the Tea Party movement and what does Tea Party mean to you?" While most of the answers were from a script, ""Obama is spending too much and our children are going to pay for it", many failed history 101, "Tea Party in 1800's wanted no income tax" WHAT??

  • @TruthBtold1967 As time went on, I believe they began brushing up on their basic history 101 and learned that is was the "Boston Tea Party" and it was in 1773 not the mid 1800's, which eventually lead to the American Revolutionary War. Many I asked got his confused with the Civil War, which I don't know how you can reasonably mix up the two. I truly believe many of the protesters joined at first to be a "part" of something, not being fully aware of the details or the real reason.

  • David Briggs, I want you to fuck me so hard

  • she is just upset because nobody will tea bag her

  • hey fox & friends just shut the fuck up and let jenean do the talking

  • Garofalo & Olberwormann are kiss asser!

  • Garofalo-life and Olberwomann are as rotten as Jane Fonda, and they should start their on party called "The Hate America party"!

  • Nazi party was also "SOCIALIST".

their fucking party was named NATIONAL SOCIALIST WORKING PARY.

can people stop pretending that Hitler was to the right?

he was fucking allied with Stalin before oiperation barbarossa.

  • I kinda wish people would leave Garofalo alone. You know she hasn't had anything between her legs that didn't require batteries so of course she's cranky. Jeeze.

  • @1RedshirtXLG

Well maybe if she'd clean up between there and stop being a complete twat, she'd get some between them!

  • @SickBritKid And what are the chances of that happening?

  • @1RedshirtXLG

Interesting question. *pulls out calculator* Excuse me.

*disappears for awhile before reappearing with a melted calculator*

Before this thing fried itself out having to compute Janeane Garofalo's intelligence(I think it had to divide be 0 or something) it was giving me about... a 1.2 percent chance of her cleaning up...

  • BREAKING NEWS:

JAMIE DIMON, CNN, CNBC AND FOXBUSINESS ANCHORS ARRESTED FOR ILLEGALLY ACCESSING AND MONITORING PRIVATE EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS.

THIS IS GOING TO HAPPEN IN 1-3 MONTHS TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW AND DON'T FORGET WHAT YOU JUST READ.

  • Just to make something clear. 1)America is not a racist nation any longer and hasn't been for more than 35 years. 2)The NAACP is a waste that should be shut down as it makes a fuss over greeting cards w/ the phrase "black hole" & its idiocy over the TEA Party which has a lot of Black leaders. 3)The issue of the Islamic cultural center @ Ground Zero pertains to propriety, not bigotry. It is inappropriate to put it at that location. No one complains about it being elsewhere.

  • 4)There is no right to marry whoever you want, so marriage is NOT a civil rights issue. There is no right to marry your sibling, parent, or immediate relative or someone of the same sex(a very new idea as for millenia it has ALWAYS been opposite sex for the sake of providing the next generation to society raised w/both a mom & dad.) 5)The ACLU is a Left-wing org that obsesses over crosses & not a civil rights org. Is there a right to wear a mask on your driver's license or stink up a library? No

  • Coolidge in response to a letter in 1924 referring to America as "White man's country": ...I was amazed to receive such a letter. During the war 500,000 colored men and boys were called up under the draft, not one of whom sought to evade it. [As president, I am] one who feels a responsibility for living up to the traditions and maintaining the principles of the Republican Party. cont...

  • cont... "Our Constitution guarantees equal rights to all our citizens, without discrimination on account of race or color. I have taken my oath to support that Constitution...." Coolidge also supported full citizenship for Amerindians & signed law in 1925. "If all men are created equal, that is final. If they are endowed with inalienable rights, that is final. If governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed, that is final." - Coolidge in a speech 1926

  • @MultiSmartass1 Nixon adamantly pushed for civil rights as he campaigned for it in 1960. WaterGate tapes had nothing to do w/civil rights Ike was a supporter of civil rights. Next Nazis were anti-communists only to compete w/people for more gov control. Nazis wanted max gov control of the economy too & were leftists on that basis. Hitler himself stated that he got his ideas on economics from Marx. cont...

  • @MultiSmartass1 cont... Eugenics was supported by Leftists like Sanger, GB Shaw & Keynes, yet opposed by conservatives like GK Chesterton. If the removal of Nazis occurred from the Repubs that proves my point that the Repubs are anti-Nazi. Coolidge was called "Silent Cal", b/c he was a mostly quiet person from depression after his son died, but he made strong speeches on civil rights & pushed. It had nothing to do w/civil rights. Coolidge stated that Blacks should get full civil rights after WWI

  • @MultiSmartass1 cont... Coolidge in 1924 spoke at the all-Black college. Coolidge pushed for anti-lynching legislation, that Dems blocked via fillibuster in the US Senate. Coolidge removed KKK members from gov & didn't appoint any new ones(Oh Yeah, the Dems founded the KKK & it was endorsed by Woodrow Wilson). Coolidge pushed for civil rights for Jews, Catholics & others as well in speeches.

  • Hahahaha. Garofolo so right. The tea party cares about money, the rest of the world cares about the wars.

If you want the troops home, you're probably not a part of the tea party. What fox is doing here is bashing another network for doing what they do, except they did it publicly.

*engage double-chinned wobble speech about how theoryspecialist is an asshole*

  • This is old stuff, but I remember when this aging has been Garafalo made these crap comments. Note how Olbermann like a lap dog was over there like that cartoon Dog that was always going: Pant pant pant Yeah yeah yeah Pant pant pant!

  • Left = the real bigots, the real racists as they are obsessed w/race & will inject race into anything possible & will seek out racism as they are addicted to race. It's just plain sick.

Yes, America has not been a racist nation for more than 35 years now. The NAACP is an irrelevent, pathetic joke that should be shut down & go away. The race-baiting Left needs to be told to take their racism & race-baiting to Hell, where it belongs.

  • Why does Garafalo get any attention anywhere by anyone? She just makes inflammatory statements and has no basis for them. Education: completed high school, little college. Career in politics: failed radio program. She has no credentials. She really deserves to be ignored.

  • @Aegius People like Hannity, Beck and Limbaugh don't have a college degree.. so time education doesn't count, just how loud one says things.

  • @allegromarcato Beck never attended college. Limbaugh admitted to being a college dropout. Hannity also dropped out of college. Still all 3 have had successful careers in broadcasting & published books. Hence they earned credentials anyway. JG had a failed radio show & frankly it takes no intelligence to play the race card ad nauseum. In fact it's idiotic as inevitably people will get fed up w/it, so she is an idiot for not recognizing that. cont...

  • @Aegius cont... I like what William F Buckley stated on education: "I would rather be governed by the first two thousand people in the Boston telephone directory than by the two thousand people on the faculty of Harvard University." Same here. I'll take a successful radio talk show host who didn't go to college over a Harvard Law Professor for views on policy & certainly over an obnoxious would-be comedian & race-baiter & frankly utter fool.

  • @Aegius Race-baiters are only Conservative Republicans and Democrats. So get your terms right.

Also, what does a revanchist fascist rightwinger like you know about race-baiter anyway.

Republicans were 100% against the civil rights movement.

That makes sense since they recruited Nazi into their ethnic heritage groups since the late 1940's.

  • @MultiSmartass1 1)Race-baiter: A person who injects race into issues inappropriately or decries racism inappropriate. That has come from Democrats overwhelmingly, not Repubs. 2)Fascism is Left-wing as it calls for gov control of the economy & min liberty. 3)Repubs were in favor of civil rights in contrast to Dems. The Civil Rights Acts of 1957, 1960, 1964, 1968 were authored & got more % of votes from Repubs than Dems. Same w/Voting Rights Act of 1965. 4)KKK has been aligned w/Dems, not Repubs.

  • cont... Republicans pushed for anti-lynching legislation in the 1920's & 1930's, while they were blocked by Democrat fillibusters. Nixon campaigned on civil rights in the 1960's while JFK ignored the Civil Rights movement. He also voted against the civil rights acts of 1957 & 1960. Both those laws became worthless due to Democrat fillibusters in the US Senate. 4 former KKK members(all Dems) went against the Civil Rights Act of 1964. RE: Nazis incorporated into Repubs in 1940s? cont...

  • cont... The Bund collapsed after USA entered WWII & didn't get much support from anyone including Repubs or Dems. It held a rally in 1939 of 30,000 people, but there was also a large counter-protest. The Neo-Nazi party wasn't established until 1959. Pres Coolidge & Harding in the 1920's(Both Repubs) pushed ardently for civil rights, while Dems blocked it. Coolidge wanted FULL civil rights for everyone including Blacks. The Dems by contrast co-opted the KKK AGAIN(originally founded by Dems.).

  • @Aegius 1) Race-baiter is a non-sensical term. The US has been and continues to be a racist nation. It is founded on white supremacy. People who criticize racism are only considered race-baiter to conservatives. 2) Fascism has always been a anti-communist and anti-left ideology. The Nazi's were anti-communists and facists. 3) The Civil Rights of the 60's were pushed during Democratic administrations and the Conservative Republicans were anti-civil rights. 4) The KKK has moved over.

    Questions.

  • @MultiSmartass1 1)The term race-baiter is NOT a non-sensical as it has a specific meaning as already described. 2)USA was racist, but isn't now. The race-baiters do get criticized by conservatives, b/c they are liars in a quest for racism rather than calling real racists as racists. 3)Fascism was anti-communist, b/c it competed w/communism. It advocated 100% gov management of the economy & no liberty against gov. It was Left-wing as it was derived from socialism as Mussolini was a socialist.cont

  • @MultiSmartass1 cont... 4) Nazis weren't anti-Fascists, but anti-communist as they link communists w/Jews. The basis was anti-Semetism, not on a basis of economic or political policy. Hitler stated that he got his ideas on management of economy & antagonism to democracy from Marx. 5)Ike worked for civil rights beginning in the 1950's. Conservative Republicans SUPPORTED civil rights. 80+% Repubs supported the 1964 Civil Rights Act while Dems only 60+%. cont...

  • @MultiSmartass1 cont. 6)All civil rights bill were authored by Republican Senator Everett Dirksen. ALL OF THEM. None by Dems. 7)Martin Luther King was smeared by Democrats especially former KKKmen including Robert Byrd. 8)Nixon campaigned ardently on civil rights, as JFK ignored civil rights. In fact he voted against the Civil Rights Acts of '57 & '60(both under Ike). 9)LBJ barely dealt w/civil rights in his presidential speeches. 10)Pro-KKK Dems blocked anti-lynching legislation in 30's & 40's.

  • @MultiSmartass1 11)The chief opponents of the 1964 Civil Rights Act were Democrat Senators Sam Ervin, Albert Gore, Sr. and Robert Byrd, a former official in the Ku Klux Klan who is still in Congress. None of these racist Democrats became Republicans. 12)Republican Senator Everett Dirksen from Illinois spear-headed the passage of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, not LBJ.cont...

  • @MultiSmartass1 13)MLK hailed Sen. Dirksen’s(R) “able and courageous Leadership”, and "The Chicago Defender”, the largest black-owned daily at that time, praised Senator Dirksen “for the grand manner of his generalship behind the passage of the best civil rights measures that have ever been enacted into law since Reconstruction”. 14)Ike actually desegregated the military via enforcement, not Truman

  • @Aegius In addition, Republican have become the White Power Party through attracting right-wing former Democrats in the South and parts of the North. Republicans have recruited Nazis and other far right elements from Eastern Europe through Heeritage Groups dating from the late 1940's. These Nazis and Fascists have raised money and promoted the GOP in various parts of the country. Some of these people had to be fired in the 1980's when info on them leaked out.

  • @MultiSmartass1 Fascism is a Left-wing ideology as described. FDR in fact expressed strong admiration for Mussolini & adopted some of his ideas into the 2 New Deals. The claim that Repubs adopted White Power groups has no basis in historical fact at all. Same w/calims of Nazis & far Right elements from the late 40's(under communist rule, maybe that is why you are preaching such idiocy.) The John Birch society was expelled from the Repub party, but that is to its credit.cont...

  • @MultiSmartass1 I already pointed out how Repubs pushed for & authored ALL civil rights legislation. The claim that former Dems went to the Repubs for racist reasons is nonsense as Repubs were for the civil rights laws more via % than Dems. Yes, we live in a non-racist country. The NAACP is a waste & should have been shut down more than 30 years ago. You are a race-baiter & a liar just like the other Lefties on their endless quest for racism who would call ANYTHING possible racist.

  • @Aegius Fascism has nothing to with the left which emcompasses such beliefs as socialism and communism. The Nazis were not left wingers and were supported by the business and industial classes in Germany who were decidedly not leftist.

The Nazi's were anti-communists as they brutally demonstrated after invading Russia in 1941.

The John Birch Society had some members who were in the GOP. Only suporting my point that the Repubs have always recruited far-right elements and a far right party.

  • @MultiSmartass1 "Republicans have recruited Nazis and other far right elements from Eastern Europe through Heeritage Groups dating from the late 1940's." Repubs recruited fleeing Nazis from Eastern Europe after WWII. LMAO! That is so stupid. Proof that you are a race-baiter. & as stated Nazis were Left-wing via economics as they wanted full gov-management of the economy, on race via eugenics(100% Left in origin) & politics(max gov possible). The rest is baseless trash from a race-baiter.

  • @Aegius The only race-baiters are you and your Republican friends.

The GOP had the ethnic Heritage Group Council which raised money for the party dating from 1949.

Through the council,Republicans recruited far right elements from Eastern European communities including Nazi and pro-Nazi persons.

In 1988, 7 members of this program were fired from the Bush campaign when their Nazi and anti-semite ties were revealed.

The right has always supported Eugenics in the US and elsewhere.

  • @Aegius 2) Conservative Republicans were and always have been anti-civil rights as well as anti-affirmative action. Goldwater, the figure head of the conservative movement in US, was against the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as was William Buckley and other cons. Republican adminstrations and campaigns have been overty hostile to black people as can be seen during the Reagan-Bush years and the past Bush presidency on the Katrina disaster.

  • @MultiSmartass1 5) Repb admins pushed for civil rights far more than Dem admins. Ike, Coolidge & Nixon pushed enormous for civil rights. JFK barely dealt w/it only due to enormous pressure. Same w/LBJ. JFK voted AGAINST the CRA of 57 & 60. 6)The KKK was traditionally aligned w/the Dems, not the Repubs. That is why the Dems opposed civil rights legislation.7)Nixon campaigned on civil rights as did Coolidge. JFK & LBJ ignored civil rights. cont...

  • @Aegius Nixon administration was against busing and also supported pro-segregationist justices for Supreme Court. In addition, Nixon was a racist who disliked blacks as the Watergate Tapes show.

They didn't call Coolidge "Silent Cal" for nothing and he was silent on issue of civil rights. Ike was forced to act when it came to Little Rock and was not a supporter of the movement.

A number of Dems from the South opposed the CRAs but many northern dems were in favor.

  • @Aegius As I have already addressed the points raised in your initial rebuttal, I will not add to my successful refutation of your response point by point.

However, I will note a couple of facts.

1-The fact you consider this a non-racist nation is born of naive and a lack of historical knowledge. This nation has been founded on white supremacy and continues to oppress balcks and other peoples of color economically and politically.

  • @MultiSmartass1 1)Yes. I think that we are non-racist nation esp that we have a non-White as president. I'm in 2010, not 1910. This country was founded on "all men are created equal" and that paved the way for the end of slavery. Every society has been traditionally bigoted w/slavery despite whatever values that they had. We abolished slavery & fought against bigotry from the beginning. 2)Conservative Repubs were & are in favor of civil rights more than Dems per the actual historical record cont

  • @MultiSmartass per the actual historical record as described. Repubs voted in larger %s than Dems & authored ALL the civil rights legislation. Those are facts, not opinions as you just give me. 3)Goldwater was a Libertarian, not a conservative. Nor was he head of the Conservative movement. 4)Buckley & conservatives supported civil rights, but were reluctant to favor gov action. They preferred private action. So did Goldwater, who later regretted voting against the CRA of 64. cont...

  • @MultiSmartass As stated, Repubs authored & spear-headed the Civil Rights Acts of 1957, 1960, 1964, & 1968 and the Voting Rights Act of 1965. Repubs supported those bills in far greater % than Dems including Conservative REpubs. The claim that Conservatives oppose civil rights is a Leftist lie just as the claim that TEA Party is about race at all is a Leftist lie. Just as Jena, LA, Tawana Brawley, noose-incident in Los Angeles, claims of bigotry at the Flying Imam incident were ALL Leftist lies.

  • @Aegius Yada yada yada, lying on all boards Aegius? Typical. So you support the building of the mosque in New York? Hmm conservatives support civil rights? That why they want to repeal the civil rights act? Hmm? Oppose equal pay across the board for women? You do know that is conservatives voting against all those things right? Howabout Homosexual Marriage? I am sure you are for that as well. Don't like the naacp? Howabout the ACLU? You are a black liar sir. Because you know you are doing so.

  • @dwade1962eagle The Islamic cultural center has nothing to do w/civil rights. If the Islamic Cultural Center were moved, no one would complain. It has to do w/Ground Zero regarded as sacred ground & that it would be inappropriate to put an Islamic center there, just as it was inappropriate for Catholic nuns to put a nunnery at Auschwitz where Jews were murderred. Next, allow the free market to provide equal pay for women as that will work. Gay marriage? Not a right. cont...

  • @dwade1962eagle Same-sex marriage isn't a right, but pertains to how marriage is to be define. The NAACP should be shut down as it is an irrelevent joke that accomplishes nothing. The ACLU isn't for civil rights, but against rights for religious people at this point, so yes I'm opposed to it.

  • @Aegius The fact that Obama is President changes nothing in the short term.

This is still a racist nation and a nation based in white supremacy.

Words like "All men are created equal" ring false when contrated to the reality of urban ghettos and slums, substandard schools and little economic or material infrastructure that confront blacks and hispanics throughout the country.

The US never fought against bigotry and slavery, people did.

  • 3 Black Speakers! WOW!

  • These guys are generalizing as well. the answer is there probably is SOME racism in the tea party but its probably the minority. fox will defend them full force, and others will criticize them full force without analyzing the arguments. which is what all networks do best--avoid philosophy.

  • Janeane Garofalo is a very ignorant woman with a very tiny mindset. Why does MSNBC have her on anyway?. Just to spew her hate speach.

  • Very clever use of graphic manipulation of the MSNBC clip, as if to imply a low quality webcam stream, rather than a mainstream media outlet. Nice touch little by Fox News.

  • Three white, thirty somethings... hmmm... nice

  • garafolo is a turdfaced ad-hoc dungbrain..olberman is her pet monkey !!!!

  • I'm so glad the entire country saw what a psychotic hag that woman is. The college dropout and failed comedian thinks she's a history expert!

  • So the Tea Party people don't know what the Boston Tea Party was all about?

Well the British wanted to tax the colonists without us Americans having a voice in their parliment; hence, no taxation without representation.

And the Tea Party movement is mad that our elected officials continue to make desicions that benefit the government class and large corporations at the expense of the public.

Sounds like they understand just fine to me.

  • @erichaynes88 Anybody can google that. The fact is clear, I was at a Maryland "Tea Party" rally with my brother and we were appalled by some of the signs that were being carried depicting President Obama as a monkey and one sign photoshoped of him holding a banana in one hand. The crowd was 99.9% white which does not represent average americans or middle america. I was called anti-american and Kenyon lover when I asked why they failed to assemble 2001-2008, during Bush spending and debt rise.

  • @erichaynes88 If this was true, where was this "Tea Party" during the failed Bush administration, 2001-2008? Where was their fake outrage of "spending too much", when Bush took our budget surplus and immediately ran it into a deficit? Where was the outrage when Dept of Defense "Misplaced" $2.3 Trillion in 2003 under Rumsfeld, who later resigned? Where was the outrage over the $787 Billion Bank Bailout? The two failed Wars that not only cost over $1 Trillion but thousands of american soldiers?

  • there wasn't the tax the rich rhetoric in the bush administration to protest under obama spending has gone up 25% there wasn't really a real surplus under clinton do some fact checks bush spent that money fighting terrorist who want to kill me and you there was outrage over his auto bailout what about the 1T failed stimulus

  • Hitler was a lefty. My god the man was a painter/artist enough said. Liberals hate being grouped with Hitler, they desparately want him viewed as a right wing politician. Yet they love Stalin , Mao, Castro etc. All of whom were mass murderers, like Hitler.

  • tipical left......

  • "Typical" redneck.

  • You honestly think Im a Redneck? Im cuban you moron.

  • Oh well arent you smart! You actually think Im a nedneck! XD

  • The Best thing about this is the fact that the left got more close then they ever have to taking over America with Big Government. A year ago the left was celibrating, now they're having at each other like Hyenas.

  • celEbrating

  • My bad

  • no we hate you ya fucking whore garafagag

  • It's amazing. They truly act like we did not see the racist signs at these 'teabagger' parties.

  • what's the problem fox is racist end of story

  • Okay...if Fox News is racist, then can I please have some facts to back up your theory???? Seriously, though.

  • Idiots like Garofalo and Olbermann don't get it, and NEVER WILL! They're clue-less. Totally ignorant, stuck in their ideological holes, with no reference to principles or ANYTHING to stand on except their personal feelings and whims! That's it. Pitiful - completely pitiful!

  • funny fox act's like there not racist fuck fox

  • Back it up. If you are going to throw around infantile accusations about racism every time somebody disagrees with you, then you had better back it up, or risk being revealed as a cowardly little dipshit with the intellectual depth of a puddle of piss on the nursing home floor. Which of course is exactly what you are, but you don't want people to know that...... right???

  • urghhh....some people make so frickin' mad!!!! sigh....then I read comments like this and it reminds me that sanity still exists:)

  • fuck off fox lol

  • some of them are racist they had alot of racist signs and banners

  • ...and your an ass

  • They did not have A LOT of racist signs and banners. There were only a couple, and those few that were there were painstakingly searched out by the balanced coverage of every single network besides Fox. Fox was apparently to busy noticing the 100,000 other non racist signs to realize that they were supposed to be painting all disagreement with Obama as racist. Guess they didn't get their marching orders from the white house.... I wonder if anybody got fired for forgetting to send them the memo.

  • anywhere you stand you could probably have walked just a little to see a racist sign.

Among 100k people thats A LOT of people that is unacceptable and unpatriotic.

To deny the considerable amount of racist signs is stubborn or willful ignorance

  • There were a few, but they were the minority. Unless of course you're just calling any sign that is offensive to you racist. For example if there was one that compared Obama to Hitler, probably over the top, but racist?

Essentially you are arguing that I cannot disagree with the president now that he's a black dude, because there are racists out there that will agree with me that he sucks, but for a different reason, and by having their unwanted support, I am co opted into their racism.

  • I wasn't at the big one in DC, but I was at the one in Sacramento CA, and I didn't see one single sign anywhere suggesting that Obama's major malfunction was darker skin pigmentation. Also, the tea party rallies weren't just about Obama and the Democrats, they were anti Republican as well. Because Republicans talk a good game when they are out of power, and then they gain control and spend almost as badly as the Democrats.

  • FOX NEWS TOOK OUT A ONE PAGE ADD SAYING" NONE OF THE OTHER NETWORKS COVERED THE tea Party" YET ONCE AGAIN THEY REFERENCE THE COVERAGE OF ANOTHER NETWORK. these PEOPLE CANNOT GET THEIR STORY STRAIGHT. THEY RIPPED OF THE IDEA FROM RON PAUL SUPPORTERS. WHO WERE LIONIZED AS TERRORISTS AND EXTREMISTS.

REMEMBER HOW FOX USED TO SAY THAT PROTESTERS WERE UNPATRIOTIC.

INVOKE HITLER? ISN'T THAT WHAT IS ALL OVER THOSE SIGNS AT THE PROTESTS?

  • Calling American soldiers in a warzone "babykillers" is unpatriotic. Calling the president a socialist (which is what the National Socialists of Germany were btw) for quadrupling the deficit and trying to nationalize health care (another National Socialist pet project btw) is not unpatriotic.

Even if you were right and we are hypocrites (which you aren't, but bear with me). Wouldn't you now be going back on all that crap about how protesting is the most American thing you can do?

  • The national socialists of Germany were actually right wing...u have to look further then just a name and read a little history...too much to explain in this small comment box (plus with such an ignorant comment, I'm just gonna presume that you lack any semblance of an intellect).

  • No, the Nazi party was a fascist organization designed to give the oligarchy complete power over both economic and personal liberty.

The only difference between fascism and communism is the method they use to gain control of economic productivity. In communism the government takes direct control, in fascism government picks winners based upon their loyalty, so there is an illusion of free enterprise.

None, of these ideas are classified as right wing in America. look up libertarian.

  • @Ragnarokgn

THANK YOU! My GOD, THANK YOU!!

Every time I run into some leftist fuckwit who seems to think that Fascism is an extreme of Conservativism, it makes my blood boil to the point where I wanna feed them the shrooms they're popping until they fucking overdose!

  • its sad but true she right ..there racist i was at a teaparty

i heard nigger so many times i couldn't count

  • @sillycandie007 WHERE? WHEN? WHO? Don't say these things if you have no evidence. Makes you a racist!

  • Garofalo is famous for making reference to Hitler, Archie Bunker, and her favorite, pulling the race card! If she would spend less time getting her News from MTV, MSNBC and the Advocate, perhaps she'd learn something by going to a Tea Party and spending quality time with real people with real jobs and real responsibilities. Black, white, whatever. I suppose she wants her own TV Show like Bill Maher. If she gets one it'll be short lived. She's a hack.

  • *Wasn't saying there's "nothing racist about the tea parties" a partisan statement for an impartial "journalist" to make?

*Isn't defending Rush Limbaugh a conflict of interest?

*So invoking the analogy of "it's like Hitler" is only acceptable when bashing the president?

LOL! Keep up the good work Fox, it's great to know that when I don't have any spare pocket change to waste on a tabloid newspaper I can depend on you for my entertainment.

  • This is funny...

*Why would a mildly popular comedian/actress/activist's comments be headline news on an alleged respectable news network?

*Why would the anchors be so angry & emotionally invested in the topic while slamming Olbermann for not being impartial enough?

*Is Janeane not allowed to have an opinion? The only people this should offend are the protesters and Rush.

*She has no business being on television...? Does Fox & Friends decide who does?

  • Obama sealed his records the first day in office. He spent 1 million to keep it quiet!

Show us your hand there Obama! We 49 states want to see the birth certificate! Not on the computer.

    How is this racism?

The posters came out on Bush and no one ever complained about that!

  • FOX NEWS are just racist liars they know the teapartys are the same people the birthers are its clear.... its the white power movement kkk clan me to

  • Fox is a joke this isnt news its clear the birthers are the same racist at the teapartys fox news knows there racist

they just want there ratings to go up by helping the whtie power movement

  • Are we watching The View? This isnt news. Commentary ISNT news. Fox is a joke. Want fascism? look at how Rupert Murdoch dictates how fox news is run. He is a neo-liberal extremist that needs to be exposed just as his propaganda television commentary called Fox "News" needs to be as well. "Fair and Balanced" is a blatant lie and disrespectful to those educated Americans that really care about what is going on in their country.

  • Rupert Murdoch dictates how Fox News is run because he is fascist? You understand fascism about as well as Janeane Garafalo understands racism. Which is not at all.

  • "Fascists advocate the creation of a single-party state. Fascist governments forbid and suppress openness and opposition to the government and the fascist movement."

As an analogy how is that different than how Fox News reports? Wake up and learn to question the propaganda thrown down your throat as fact.

  • Well fascism is more than that. But now you don't know what an analogy is. What grade are you in school?

  • This is not "news".

  • Cry Cry Cry Losers, Fox And its followers Suck cause they are all Mentally Impaired

  • Don't gloat. You may have a kid like me someday.

  • Fox calls the tea baggers and armed town hallers patriots, while anyone who dared protest against Bush was a loon.

  • There's hypocrisy on both sides.

  • do these people not know that fox news had advertisements for the tea party? ohhhhh their right wing nut jobs!!! now it makes sense

  • No point being on television. No basis for those accusations? Takes one to know one I suppose. lol

  • I am glad the reporter mentioned how Hitler is always brought up to defame whomever one dislikes...this comparison is so overused it is extremely moronic. I'd like to see the thumbsdown replies for a good laugh, I hope people stop deleting them.

  • Every time they compare others to Hitler they take away from his evil.

  • @Gobglubby

what do you mean? like when hitler took over the auto industry? or the banks? im not supporting republicans here or nothing, i Know about Prescott and union trading corp funding hitler and all that so...i represent free americans...at least the ones that know whats happening in this country. fascism (right or communism (left) take your pick.

    vote wayyyyyy better 2012

  • @zmc33 We surely do need a third party to be represented strongly in our congress so that we can get a third party President to negate a large percentage of the corruption of the right and the left.

I hope Ron Paul runs once again in 2012. He may not claim himself a third party candidate but he resembles anything but what Republicans are today.

Tea Party members interviewed are dense and don't represent much knowledge thus the right and racist opinions of the left.

  • Racism is generalizing... and Jeneane keeps generalizaing about the people who attended the tea-parties. She needs to stop drinking the Kool-aid.

  • is Garofalo still a female... what did she/he do to him/herself?

  • gaeafalo is a lot lizard

  • She's another left-wing moonbat who thinks every word she speaks is manna to the masses . . . in actuality, she is a D-list celeb on her way out the door. . . buh-bye, Ms. Garbuffalo.

  • Where were these people during Bush who sure as hell wasn't a fiscal conservative?

I don't care for Jeanine, but I love that she pisses off Republicans so much.

  • The Tea Parties have been going on for quite some time. It didn't start with Santelli, look up the Campaign for Liberty... If I'm not mistaken, I thought Ron Paul broke the record for independent fund-raising doing a 'Boston Tea Party' kind of rally for the people. It may have even started before him, but I know his campaign was atleast part of it. It's not a bad thing, and these Tea Parties aren't bashing just dems, they are protesting big government and taxes... Where were you? Clueless?

  • I do believe that "big government and taxes" protesting is directed at democrats. Republicans are for small government and small taxes, are they not?

  • You are right about Bush. He was not fiscally conservative. I am. All the liberals that ripped him apart saying he is "the most conservative president ever" were full of shit. All the conservatives that supported him were also full of shit. Do people in this country even know what conservative means anymore? None of this changes the fact that Garofalo is a retard.

  • You know i was gonna comment but then I saw your. And all I have to say is DITTO.

    Great comment.

  • Yeah, she went over board but the tea baggers are idiots. 95% of America is going to pay less taxes now then under bush. They have no clue what they are protesting.

  • with all this spending you think the rich are the only ones going to get hit with taxes your delusional. You have no Idea what your saying.

  • I guess she thinks if she acts as crazy as Sean Penn, she will be as talented of an actor. She's wrong as usual. And ofcourse Keith Olbermann is crying as usual.

  • Comment removed

  • I will punch the shit out of Garofolo's ugly ass pie hole. Olbermann will be next.

They'll get their comeuppance soon enough. You gotta go out in the world sometime. People like that open their mouths and usually wind up paying dearly for their BIG mistakes. The gloves are off.

  • She needs to research the term redneck. She is racist against lower income white laborers.

  • Tea-bagging rednecks...she's right..and all you people..are just mad because she's calling you racist crackers out.....and fuck fox, it was a racist tea party.

  • salbella50:

".. it was a racist tea party."

umm, it was about taxes, genius (hence the "tea party" reference.) There would be racists in any big group of people. It was an extra majority of whites that got Obama in office (since the Dems already had over 90% of black voters) I saw horrible signs at Obama rallies about Sarah Palin. disgusting stuff that nobody stopped or hardly even criticized. I never thought most of the people there were as sick as those few, so why should Garofalo? no sense.

  • sounds like you are the racist one. go kill yourself.

  • salbella50 - You are as racist as any sheet covered KKK pig. You are also a liar. Congrats.

  • What an awful woman.

  • Its sad when a socalled actress cant get a job and this is the only way she can get on TV. What a cunt !!

  • Janeane Garofalo is a complete nut case!

  • Everyone's white on Fox News or the majority and always defending the Right. So It's hard to take anything they say as anything less than just siding with their own race and beliefs.

Fox & Friends is the worst though. Hannity & Glenn Beck at least tell you straight up where they stand. O'reilly just makes it obvious, but at Fox & Friends. They want you to believe they're for the American people, but they side with conservatives so much, that u wonder just what American's they're speaking too.

  • Far Left Lashes Out? I didn't know Garofalo spoke for the entire Far Left.

  • I will agree with Garofalo on one thing. Where were these Tea Party protest in the last 8 years? You know, when the country was run by Conservatives and in great shape.

  • I wish Garofalo would just go away,I hate people who pull the race card at ever turn.

  • Hey here's a question for you Democrats: Why don't you ask the zoo animals you voted into the Senate & House why they haven't moved to rescind the PATRIOT ACT? Remember that? The Act you guys were whining about for 8 years because it supposedly turned us into a "police state"? Has it suddenly become benign now that you're in control?

I guess you consider it fine to have a police state, as long as the man who heads it is of your own party.

    Pathetic.

  • So anyone who supports or attends such tea parties is racist? I'm half-Hispanic, and I wish I knew about the tea parties--I would have attended!

But I guess in Garofalo's eyes I'd be considered "self-hating," or something. She's so lame.

  • these clown need to get over themselves... claiming they didnt heavily promote these tea parties when they were clearly behind it. and then they say that the people at tea parties were not racist? there were people holding up signs claiming that obama is pushing "white slavery", that the tax payers are the jews for obama's oven. there was even one person that put obama's face onto a picture of hitler... and this woman is complaining about garafalo invoking hitler? ahh the hypocrisy. what a joke.

  • The lefties attack the righties and vice versa*

  • This seems to be typical of American news. The lefties attack the righties. Opposing networks focus on dicrediting individuals from the other side (often journalists rather than politicians which is essentialy not news) then they agree to disagree and it just carries on in a pointless cycle

  • True.

  • Well, they were bashing fox in particular, as well as bashing anyone at the tea parties by stereotyping, so yeah, I would take it personally.

  • The Fox news party LOL

  • its sad that actress has so much hate!!you can hear it in her voice!!

  • You honestly do not hear the hate in the voice of the repug supporters? Honestly? Makesme shake my head, I have no problem with her hacking on the ignorant smedlies that attended the tea parties.

  • GOD i love it when people say ignorant things about the tea parties.go back to the msnbc hole you came out of.

  • Yeah, only liberals can be narrow minded. Takes one to know one, that's for sure.

  • And you are a black racist.

  • the obamas actively went to meetings about destroying white America ...wheres your disgust there? and do niggers know how to make a user name that doesn't start with "dj...." how about you aspire to be "PHDtarique" or "PE..."

  • Prime Example of the Fox News audience. racist rednecks Janean Garafalo looks like u were right

  • you can call me a racist all you want. I'm proud to have enough of a spine that I don't change my understanding of facts because someones feelings get hurt.

  • I am a Filipino AMerican and I went to the tea parties.

  • Garofalo is a pinhead

  • The people that backed bush while he pushed for more government control suddenly have a problem with it now. And all the Obama zomibies think this is ok now because he is in power. They are controlled by the same C.F.R. assholes. America is in trouble if people don't wake up to this fake left, right crap.

  • WHAT CONTROL? the patriot act is not control and is no different than the bill hussein is pushing forward
