@mvlahovic Excellent answer to a clown's question: this is an athletic movement that develops speed nd power, and momentum and swingig-in reasonble amounts-happen because you are exploding up, releasing and catching, swinging down, and exploding back up. For me at least, it's the explosion moreso than how long I contract my muscles, that matters most for plyos.
