depends. if you have a flat landing without enough snow, then it does. Just be careful with the landings and its fine. There is padding in the sled.

and lets be serious here, it all depends on who you talk to... like there are so many "hot new action sports", 2 of which are freesledding and parkour to be sure, but if you talk to a snowskater, they could say snowskating, or a kiteboarder would say kiteboarding.

unnatural = way you don't usually slide (and for me this would then be left knee forward)
