I wished that I could show this to my Marine :/. I love him so much and I wished that he could understand on what I go threw just for him and I know it hasn't been a good deployment but what deployment is. This made me tear up because its true, i freaked out today just for a 2 min message on yahoo.

I have to be the luckiest girl in the world :) My Marine is currently serving a year deployment in Afghan and I get between 1-5 e-mails from him a DAY! Yes, a DAY!! And even within 24hrs of landing in Afghan I got an e-mail from him telling me hes alright. How many girls can say that? I feel like the luckiest girl on earth because my man makes time to send me e-mails DAILY. Yea, doesnt always write Shakespearian crap but he does let me know how much he appreciates me. I love it :)
My husband is in the army and currently deployed for 12 months. We have four month old twins, yea I am still sane with two four month olds. It definitely gets rough but those 2 minute calls do mean the world!!

Now, I'm not complaining by any means because yes my husband does appreciate me :) But it's hard for him to show it when he's half way around the world! I wished that I could show this to my Marine :/. I love him so much and I wished that he could understand on what I go threw just for him and I know it hasn't been a good deployment but what deployment is. This made me tear up because its true, i freaked out today just for a 2 min message on yahoo.

This video is completly accurate. All we ask for is a little love and attention. I havent been with my marine that long but i have just as much love for him as if i had been with him forever. Its hard having a man thats not here to talk to you or hold you but we are strong and dedicated to our men and not many women could or would do that. Semper fi.

This video really met a lot to me my now ex/fiance who's a Marine were been together for 5years...I just had our son 6mnths ago he was a twin but I lost the other child. He never understood y it mattered soo much to me to get a phne call all I ever really wanted was to knw that he stilled cared. Bitter sweet but life goes on.

I have to be the luckiest girl in the world :) My Marine is currently serving a year deployment in Afghan and I get between 1-5 e-mails from him a DAY! Yes, a DAY!! And even within 24hrs of landing in Afghan I got an e-mail from him telling me hes alright. How many girls can say that? I feel like the luckiest girl on earth because my man makes time to send me e-mails DAILY. Yea, doesnt always write Shakespearian crap but he does let me know how much he appreciates me. I love it :)

My husband is in the army and currently deployed for 12 months. We have four month old twins, yea I am still sane with two four month olds. It definitely gets rough but those 2 minute calls do mean the world!!

This video is amazing! :) My Boyfriend is in the Air Force and he does respect me and lets me know that he loves me. It took me all the wrong men to find this right one. He's getting stationed to Italy for 3 years and getting deployed every other 6 months for 6 months. It's really hard and we talk about it to let all my fears out. I don't know what I'd do without him<3

My husband is in the Marines, and is currently deployed to Afghanistan. He's been gone for the last 6 months, and I live alone with a toddler and our pets. I take care of everything while he's gone. Now, I'm not complaining by any means because yes my husband does appreciate me :) But it's hard for him to show it when he's half way around the world! It felt good hearing it from you and knowing that there are people who acknowledge everything we do <3

Heck, even social workers, counselors, and clinical psychologists working w/the military population help those & their SOs going thru deployments, even though these healthcare professionals themselves never went through a deployment. I mean, they also get the same crap from addicts who say, "WTF do you know what I'm going through if you've never been an alcoholic yourself!?"

This is so very true. One of the major reasons that many military marriages fail is because one partner isn't giving their all and find someone who does.....

I love this video. Guys so need to realize girls look for the little notes as a way of him saying hey you're on my mind. It doesn't have to be something he does 24/7. Doing so would take some effect away. Its a nice surprise to have your s/o think about you or wish they were with you. Hell girls will sit through their guy playing video games all damn night just to be close. Its all about showing you care.

There are no words to describe how this video makes me feel, I am currently waiting for my husbands year long deployment comeing up in 1 month and I'm stuck in Germany and we just got here so I'm all on my own.But I KNOW he is gunna come home so I'll be ok. It's nice to see that someone understands. We women of the military are the strongest out of all the women out there. Notice he says WOMAN.... Nice video man!

I don't NEED my husband because I can't be by myself, I need my husband because he's my HUSBAND. Don't confuse the two because military wives are the strongest women you'll ever meet. My husband is currently deployed and I really do enjoy the silly,sappy,lovey emails I get. Makes me feel strong about the phrase " I'll fight your fight". I'll stand by him.. Because he doesn't let our love die from being lazy. I hope more men see this. Women wont always stick around.

@willie79924; My Husband is in the Air Force, he's in Tech school right now.. It was the best thing he ever did.. before he left all he did was play video games and ignore me.. now all he cares about is providing for his family, and being succesful.. It changes you for the better. :)

Life is about making yourself happy and THEN moving to the ones around you. There is one person you deal with forever, and thats you. First of all, that baby thing? Don't be an ass, you know that's a common pet name for a lover. And yeah, complete dependence on a person is unhealthy, but you're wrong about pleasing yourself first. Because that means you live for only yourself. I've known more then my fair share of people that live that way and only screw themselves over in the end. Esteem others first, and then yourself. Live to give to others, then you find satisfaction, not the other way around.
