Does Matcha in tea bags also have same advantages aS does the loose powder?? Found this yummy Matcha green tea bags at Costco in California. Or can I cut open it and stew my Matcha??

It's like Adam is walking around Eden marvelling at everything. Matcha truly is da bomb. When I want a serious morning caffeine/health kick, I make a gyokuro-matcha combo. If that doesn't protect me from cancer, nothing will.

You know, the gyokuro leaf has the highest content of theanine...more so than any other tea plant. You might want to try my Living Qi matcha at some point. I can honestly say I think it's the best. I had my friend, a pharmaceutical scientist named Anthony Wright, test our matcha and it is totally pure and chock full of theanine and anti-oxidants.

I am a 64 year old woman and I find that matcha tea gives me energy and relaxes me at the same time!!!! Great for my high blood pressure. This is a wonderful product.
