should of did flowmaster 40 or 10.. sounds good i just like it louder.. would sounds like my truck with the 40 i did the same thing headers y-pipe flowmaster 40 downflow before rear axle
anyone know of some good mods for this truck? im on a tight budget but im just looking for some performance and FE mods if those 2 combined are possible haha
nice truck i have one almost identicle well it was identicle the day i bought it you have a sick truck here cause with the offroad edition you have 11in of suspension travel and you can fit 35's with the offroad jus with a bit of rubb thats whats on my truck check out the video by the way if you didnt know your truck comes with a mopar posi slip diff with 4.10 gears all of the off road edition's did if i am correct
yea it is a stock 4x4 but the person we bought it from had some differnt tires on it and if u turn the wheel all the way it rubs on something and makes a weird noise but i have no clue what size tires they are. but i will have to try that with the spacers. What do you have for an exhaust set up on your truck???? thanks
is it a 4x4? With a stock 4x4 you could still get 33's under it, they would just rub a little. Put a set of $100 spacers on the front springs & they will clear all day long. If your worried about it rubbing, I would go with something like a 285 70 16 or something like that. A 31" tire would clear no problem.
@99DodgeRam360v8 i have a 98' ram, stock, im running 275/ 70/ 18 i thinK? like a 32" tire. doesn't rub at all, i had 33's but they rubbed and they werent MT/s
nice. BTW good job commenting on those engine blowing punks. Death and destruction is the easiest, dumbest and lamest thing on the planet and they can't even do that.
I originally had dual 40's but took them off cause they were super loud! This is a bad vid with the wind noise, its louder than you think. I can only imagine wat the 44 sounds like!!

I didn't know they even made a 70 series. I realy think you should of went with a super 44 or 40 series. I got the same truck with the 44 and no cat, and yeah, it's insane. This just sounds too weak for how good this truck looks man.

All kinds of good stuff. Its been a good truck. Im rebuilding the front end on it right now. 107K on the truck. Have a guddun.

@TheTrihorn1 Yes, they came with a limited slip in the rear. You could get the limited slip rear end on the non- off road trucks as well tho.

it will still run fine. it will just lose power because of no back pressure. he lost even more by going without a muffler.

how big of a tire do u think could fit on a stock 99' dodge ram 1500 without killing the turning radius? 31 inch tires maybe?

They are 33-13.50 17's
I think they are around $220 bucks each now for that size.
Yes, they are a little loud going down the road.
But they are good tires. I have almost 40K on them & thats 95% pavement miles.

you have a cat, on there , i have a high flow on mine, and its loud, i think the 70 series made it quite. sweet truck though.

it sounds like an electric drill rather than a 360ci motor with 3" pipes.
my stock truck has a better sound. maybe its the video/audio setup.
