@TerakJK The Black Knight is inside of the church. I forget the location name, but it is before you encounter the blacksmith.

The lift is located right next to the Black Knight. To activate it all you have to do is step on it.

also if you have a lighter character(take off armor) you can climb much easier without dangerous rolls going from the firelink fire up to the nest and key. hope this was a helpful comment and GL!

well i am sure that you know by now but i figured i would inform you a little more about this "easter egg" it is something of an egg i suppose but if you do not go to the asylum you cannot get the peculiar doll to go to the painted world of ariamas in anor londo. if you cannot go there you cannot kill priscilla and if you do not kill her then the ghosts in the void level will give you 0 souls upon killing.

Your character can run up these 'ledges' without rolling, He is wearing armor that is WAY too heavy for his character. He doesn't know about the 50+% burden, 25-50% burden, or 0-25% burden. His character is way over the 70% for his equip burden so he moves like he is walking in quicksand.

The elevator isn't there for me. I'm way past the Bell Gargoyles, hell I've beaten the Ceaseless Discharge. I'm not low level, and I've killed all the Black Knights I could find in the Undead Parish/Burg.

Help anyone? I want the ring you can get from the Undead Asylum!

Its not the black knights, but the elite soldiers with the rapiers in the church. Before you go up the stairs in the bottom floor of the church there should be some elevators in that corner.

XD you can go back that way to get some items there is a ring you can get that would help you move faster in water or any other place that make you move slow i forgot the name of the ring
