As a Competitive Ice Skater, I see alot of the same moves I do on the ice in this video, it amazes me to see them done on roller skates. I have a hard time going around the circle at our local roller rink.
Absolutely excellent! I seldom comment on any utube vids but yours deserves mention here and on skatelog forums. I see your skates are an extension of you and not just some hardware attached to the feet.....I'm impressed and that takes a lot. As a teen I used to sk8 artistic so can truly appreciate this. I later incorporated some artistic into my aggressive skating...triple spins out of the skateboard bowls.
This looks like a real movie! It's like Ice Princess but with roller skates and more badass (it's actually my dream to see a movie like that, can you imagine how many young girls and boys would come to this sport?)
No, these are not roller blades. They are quads. There are several close ups where you can see this.

How do you judge figures in roller skatig if you cannot leave marks on the surface ...like you would on ice?
