  • A good example of how a modern piece of music can be a today experience, yet remain tonal and melodic like the old classical stuff. The Freidlin right mix of dissonance and tension is probably the secret to this music that calls to be listened to again and again. Great job by Zakorsky, Odessa Philharmonic and Mariss Jansons, a pure joy.
